I contacted John (Full Flame) the day before he came. I called in another plumber the week before and the plumber wanted to change the boiler and charge me the earth for it. I was a bit doubtful and I waited for the plumber to contact me. It was a week and I got fed up of waiting and search Google map and found Full Flame with excellent ratings. I contacted John and he came the next day. He looked at the boiler and said the boiler is fine and does not need changing. He replaced the pump within two hours and checked the gas to make sure it was safe. He wrote the breakdown costs on the bill, a first for a plumber that I've had for years! John is an excellent plumber and I highly recommend him.

I contacted John (Full Flame) because of the positive feedback I found online. I am always very careful when it comes to hiring a handyman or engineer as unfortunately there are so many bad ones out there. John arrived on time and was very (!!!) thorough and friendly. He was able to explain to me everything he did when I asked him, which is always a good sign as this shows that he really knows what he is doing, and he fixed the problem. He did not try to sell me any unneccessary things and even checked if my boiler was safe in terms of carbon monoxide emission and bled my radiators (and explained to me how to do that myself in the future). After he finished fixing the boiler he stayed for 5 more minutes and tried all kinds of settings to make sure the problem was really fixed! I was very happy with his work and can and will absolutely recommend him to anyone who is having trouble with their boiler!

Used John twice now for regular servicing and for a Landlord's Gas Check/Certificate. He's prompt, helpful, polite and clearly skilled. It's actually a pleasure to deal with him and you can't say that about many people.

Extremely helpful, managed to fix the problem on the same day. Boiler connoisseur- highly knowledgeable and did more than fix the problem at no extra charge. Would recommend and would definetly use again if needed.
