I contacted John (Full Flame) the day before he came. I called in another plumber the week before and the plumber wanted to change the boiler and charge me the earth for it. I was a bit doubtful and I waited for the plumber to contact me. It was a week and I got fed up of waiting and search Google map and found Full Flame with excellent ratings. I contacted John and he came the next day. He looked at the boiler and said the boiler is fine and does not need changing. He replaced the pump within two hours and checked the gas to make sure it was safe. He wrote the breakdown costs on the bill, a first for a plumber that I’ve had for years! John is an excellent plumber and I highly recommend him.
